Welcome to GatePass App! These Terms and Conditions outline the rules and regulations for the use of our mobile application, available on Android and Apple platforms.

1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing or using GatePass App, you agree to comply with and be bound by these Terms and Conditions. If you do not agree with any part of these terms, please do not use our services.

2. Services

GatePass App allows users to browse, purchase, and manage tickets for various events. We reserve the right to modify or discontinue our services at any time without prior notice.

3. Account Registration

To use certain features of the app, you may need to create an account. You agree to:

• Provide accurate, current, and complete information during registration.

• Update such information to keep it accurate, current, and complete.

• Maintain the confidentiality of your account and password. You are responsible for any activities that occur under your account.

4. Ticket Purchases

By purchasing a ticket through GatePass App, you agree to:

• Pay the full ticket price as specified.

• Acknowledge that all sales are final upon payment confirmation.

• Understand that transaction fees may apply.

You must present this e-ticket upon entry with the barcode clearly visible. Tickets may be scanned from mobile devices. Photos of barcodes will not be accepted.

5. Event Changes and Cancellations

Event organizers may change or cancel events. In such cases:

• We will notify you via email or through the app.

• The Presenter reserves the right to alter the date, venue, entertainment, and activities as advertised without prior notice. If the event is cancelled due to any reason outside of the control of the Presenter, refunds shall be at the Presenter’s absolute discretion.

6. User Conduct

You agree to:

• Use the app only for lawful purposes.

• Avoid infringing upon the rights of third parties.

• Refrain from posting or transmitting any content that is unlawful, harmful, or otherwise objectionable.

7. Intellectual Property

All content and materials available in the app are the intellectual property of GatePass App or its licensors. You may not:

• Reproduce, distribute, or modify any content without our prior written consent.

8. Limitation of Liability

GatePass App shall not be liable for any:

• Direct, indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from the use of or inability to use the app.

• Issues related to any content within the app.

No warranty is given nor representation made regarding the view of the stage.

9. Governing Law

These Terms and Conditions are governed by the laws of the Democratic Socialist Republic of Sri Lanka. Any disputes arising from these terms shall be resolved in the courts of Colombo, Sri Lanka.

10. Changes to Terms

We may update these Terms and Conditions from time to time. Changes will be communicated via:

• Email notifications.

Your continued use of the app signifies your acceptance of the updated terms.

11. Refund Policy

We do not refund, exchange, or substitute tickets after purchase. Please treat your tickets like cash as we cannot replace lost tickets. A change in your personal circumstances does not entitle you to return or exchange the ticket.

12. Age Restrictions

For 21+ events, all attendees must be able to prove their age with valid ID.
